Biopac India Board to meet for allotment of warrants

Biopac India Corporation Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 13, 2007, for allotment of 23,00,000 Warrants to the individual investors (Non-Promoters) & Independent Directors of the Company on a Preferential Basis in terms of SEBI Guidelines.
