Ckoramaandel Cements allots shares / warrants on preferential basis

Ckoramaandel Cements Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 06, 2007, inter alia, has decided and resolved as follows:

1. The Board Allotted 30,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each to promoters on preferential allotment basis.

2. The Board Allotted of 41,96,790 Convertible Warrants to the Promoters / Promoter Group on preferential allotment basis.
