Mold-Tek Packaging Ltd approves allotment of shares under QIP

In respect of the QIP, the QIP Committee (the "Committee") of Mold-Tek Packaging Ltd has at its meeting held on January 30,2015, approved the closure of the Bid on January 30, 2015.

The issue price was fixed as Rs. 220.17, after giving discount of upto 5% i.e. Rs. 11.58 per Equity Share, to the Floor Price of Rs. 231.75 per Equity Share as per the SEBI ICDR Regulations and shareholders' approval dated December 24, 2014, for the Equity Shares to be issued and allotted to eligible Qualified Institutional Buyers in the QIP.

The Board also approved issue of Confirmation Allocation Note for the allocation of 24,98,350 Equity Shares to the Qualified Institutional Buyers.

Shares of Mold-Tek Packaging Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.237.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 237.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 12191 in over 340 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 239.8 and intraday low of 235. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2895558.
