Intellect Design Arena Ltd allots 179700 Equity Shares

The Stakeholders' Relationship Committee of Directors of Intellect Design Arena Ltd in its meeting held on January 30, 2015 have approved, the allotment of 179,700 numbers of Equity Shares of Rs.5/- each to 25 (Twenty Five) Associates under ASOP 2003 Scheme and 19,500 numbers of Equity Shares of Rs.5/- each to 8 (Eight) Associates under ASOP 2011 Scheme.
