Maestros Electronics & Telecommunications Systems Ltd approve private placement

The Board of Directors of Maestros Electronics & Telecommunications Systems Ltd at its meeting held on January 31, 2015 has approved the Private Placement Issue / Offer of 4,00,000 (Four lacs only) Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs. 15.13 per share to Identified Persons from the Promoter Group and Others on preferential basis, in accordance with the 'in principal approval' received from stock exchange in this regard.
