Religare Finvest Ltd to consider buyback of debentures

On January 30, 2015 Religare Finvest Ltd shall consider the proposal for the buyback of debentures referred above at par, on the request of the debenture holder of the said debentures, allotted by RFL on September 23, 2011, in terms of the Prospectus dated September 1, 2011, either in part or full.
