Burnpur Cement Ltd approves conversion of 5000000 warrants

The Board of Directors of Burnpur Cement Ltd at its meeting held on January 31, 2015, has passed and approved the conversion of 50,00,000 warrants into equity shares.

The Board approved pledging of 21799826 shares held by promoters of the company in favour of Banks (consortium finance).

Shares of BURNPUR CEMENT LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.10.1 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 10.41. The total number of shares traded during the day was 16110 in over 258 trades.
