SKS Microfinance Ltd grants 93500 Stock options to eligible employees

On January 30, 2015, SKS Microfinance Ltd has granted 93,500 stock options (which would get converted into 93,500 equity shares of the Company upon exercise) to eligible employees subject to the terms of the SKS Microfinance - Employee Stock Option Plans of the Company.

The Exercise Price is fixed as Rs. 426.85 per Share and the Vesting Schedule is Four years 25% of the total options granted shall get vested at the end of each year.

Shares of SKS MICROFINANCE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.439.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 436.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 225504 in over 11461 trades.
