Cera Sanitaryware Ltd to allot 351000 shares, increase FII limit

The Board of Directors of Cera Sanitaryware Ltd at its meeting held on January 29, 2015, has decided subject to the approval of the members to offer and allot 3,51,000 Equity Shares of Face Value of Rs. 5/- each of the Company to India 2020 Fund II, Limited at a price of Rs. 2,011.50 per share on Preferential basis.

The Board approved subject to the approval of members to increase the aggregate limit of FIIs holding in the Company from 24% to 36%.

The Board also approved the proposal to convene Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company on February 25, 2015 for approving the above two resolutions.

Shares of CERA SANITARYWARE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.2145 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2126.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1648 in over 765 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2147 and intraday low of 2070. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3484834.
