Jyothy Laboratories Ltd grants 34507 Options

The Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors of Jyothy Laboratories Ltd has approved the grant of 34,507 Stock Options to an Official of the Company, in terms of Employee Stock Option Scheme 2014 ("ESOS - 2014"). The said options carry the right to apply for equivalent number of equity shares of the Company of face value of Re. 1/- each.

The options shall vest over a period of 4 years on the basis of time and performance. The exercise period is 5 years from the date of vesting of options and the exercise price is Re. 1 per share for 34,507 of stock options.
