Dalmia Bharat Ltd grants 240000 stock options

The Remuneration Committee of Dalmia Bharat Ltd at its meeting held on January 29, 2015, has approved the further grant of 2,40,000 stock options under the "DBEL Employee Stock Option Plan 2011" of the Company to the employees exercisable into same number of Equity Shares in the Company.

The options shall vest over a period of 5 years on the basis of performance starting from March 31, 2017 and the exercise period is three years from the date of vesting of options. The Exercise price is fixed as Rs. 217.23/-.

Shares of DALMIA BHARAT LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.498.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 482.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 16350 in over 1448 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 514.95 and intraday low of 487.35. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 8228828.
