Deepak Nitrite Ltd issues Commercial Papers for Rs. 40 crores

Deepak Nitrite Ltd has issued Commercial Papers (CP) for Rs. 40 crores value dated January 30, 2015. This has been subscribed by HDFC Bank Limited having maturity on March 30, 2015.

The aforesaid issuance of CP is to fund working capital requirement of the Company.

Shares of DEEPAK NITRITE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.82.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 82.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 17671 in over 384 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 83.1 and intraday low of 81. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1450703.
