The Allotment Committee of Aban Offshore Ltd at the meeting held on January 30, 2015 has allotted 3,90,000 shares to Mrs. Deepa Reji Abraham, belonging to Promoter Group and 5,00,000 shares to Mr. Reji Abraham, Promoter, pursuant to receipt of balance 75% of purchase price in respect of preferential warrants issued in February 2014.
