PVR Ltd allots 132000 shares under ESOS

The Board of Directors of PVR Ltd at its meeting held on January 30, 2015, has approved the allotment of 1,32,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each against the same number of Options exercised by the employees of the Company pursuant to PVR ESOS 2012 Scheme of the Company.

Further the Company has informed that, the Company has entered into Share Purchase Agreement with L Capital Eco Ltd. On January 29, 2015 for purchase of their entire investment in equity and preference shares of PVR Leisure Limited.

Shares of PVR LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.673.9 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 674.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 11945 in over 1599 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 680.55 and intraday low of 635.9. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 8083844.
