Huhtamaki PPL Ltd allots 3850 Non-Convertible Debentures

Huhtamaki PPL Ltd has allotted 3850 7% Non-Convertible Debentures (NCD's) due for redemption in 2020 of face value Rs. 10,00,000/- each aggregating upto Rs. 385,00,00,000 (Rupees Three Hundred Eighty Five Crores), as approved by the members of the Company at the Extra-ordinary General Meetings held on August 06, 2014 and December 29, 2014.
