HB Estate Developers Ltd calls for Board Meeting on Feb 10, 2015

A meeting of the Board of Directors of HB Estate Developers Ltd will be held on February 10, 2015, to consider and discuss the follow-up actions pursuant to the completion of the ongoing Postal Ballot process.

The Board will discuss issue of Redeemable Non-Cumulative Non-Convertible Preference Shares - Series II and raising of additional long-term funds through further issuance of Securities.
