The Board of Directors of Eon Hadapsar Infrastructure Pvt Ltd at its meeting held on January 29, 2015, have approved and allotted 2,957 Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures of Face Value of INR 1,000,000/- Each (The "Debentures"), aggregating to INR 2957,000,000 on a Private Placement Basis.
