Indian Terrain Fashions Ltd approves allotment of 1412429 shares

The Securities Issuance Committee of Indian Terrain Fashions Ltd at its meeting held on January 29, 2015 has considered and approved the allotment of 14,12,429 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at the Issue price of Rs. 531/- per Share to the eligible allottees pursuant to the Qualified Institutional Placement under Chapter VIII of the SEBI (ICDR) Regulations, 2009.
