Essel Propack Ltd approves forfeiture of 57120 shares

The Board of Directors of Essel Propack Ltd at its meeting held on January 29, 2015, has approved forfeiture of 57,120 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 2 each (0.04% of the paid up share capital of the Company) of the partly paid up shareholders, who failed to pay the allotment money.
