Tata Teleservices Maharashtra Ltd approves issue of NCDs worth Rs. 2500 crores

The Board of Directors of Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Ltd at its meeting held on January 29, 2015 have approved the issue of Non-Convertible Debentures upto an amount of Rs. 2500 crores, in one or more tranches, by way of Private Placement, subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company.

Shares of TATA TELESERVICES (MAHARASHTRA) LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.9.26 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 9.26. The total number of shares traded during the day was 598911 in over 1313 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 9.39 and intraday low of 9.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 5484834.
