Future Retail Ltd closes rights issue

The issue of equity shares (the "Equity Shares") and equity shares of class b (series 1) (the "Class B Shares") of Future Retail Ltd, by way of a rights issue, to the existing holders of Equity Shares and Class B Shares, as the case may be, of the Company on the Record Date for an amount aggregating up to 1,600 crore in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009, as amended and other applicable laws (the "Issue"). As approved by the Committee in its meeting held on December 23, 2014, the Issue, which opened on January 15, 2015 and has closed January 29, 2015.

Shares of FUTURE RETAIL LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.113.2 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 113.2. The total number of shares traded during the day was 130644 in over 1875 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 113.9 and intraday low of 111.1. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 14689488.
