Batliboi Ltd has allotted 33,333 (Thirty Three Thousand Three Hundred Thirty Three only) shares on January 27, 2015 at the exercise price of Rs. 15.75 to the grantee who has exercised his options under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes.
