Strides Arcolab allots 50000 equity shares to Agnus Holdings Pvt Ltd

Strides Arcolab Ltd has announced that the Company has allotted 50,000 fully paid equity shares of Rs 10/- each against conversion of 50,000 warrants at a price of Rs 342.10 per share to Agnus Holdings Pvt Ltd, a promoter group Company.

Consequent to the allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the Company has increased from Rs 349,542,890 consisting of 34,954,289 equity shares of Rs 10/- each to 350,042,890 consisting of 35,004,289 equity shares of Rs 10/- each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.331.05, down by Rs.10.75 or 3.15%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.343 and low of Rs.328. The total traded quantity was 7371 compared to 2 week average of 7702.
