HDFC Bank Ltd allots 1373500 Equity Shares under ESOP

HDFC Bank Ltd has allotted on January 23, 2015, 1373500 equity shares to the employees of the Bank pursuant to exercise of options under its Employees Stock Options Schemes (ESOS).

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 4834815250 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 4837562250 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.

Shares of HDFC BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1042.9 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1021.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 436460 in over 11912 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1047.85 and intraday low of 1023.4. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 454810378.
