R.S. Software India approves allotment of 25678318 shares

The Board of Directors of R.S. Software (India) Ltd at its meeting held on January 23, 2015, has approved the issue of 25678318 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each as full paid-up after Stock Split as against 12839159 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
