Biocon Ltd to offload stake to list Syngene International Ltd

The Board of Directors of Biocon Ltd at its meeting held on January 22, 2015, has approved to initiate the process to list its subsidiary, Syngene International Limited. The company would offload 10%-15% of its stake through an offer for sale.

Shares of BIOCON LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.412.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 426.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 175637 in over 8769 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 422 and intraday low of 411. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 72673396.
