Yash Trading & Finance Ltd Cancels Rights Issue of Equity Shares of the Company

With reference to the In-principal approval letter dated December 08, 2014 received from the Exchange, Yash Trading & Finance Ltd had come up with Rights issue of its 490,000 Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each in the ratio of 2:1. The issue opened on December 26, 2014 and is to close on January 23, 2015.

However, the Company has decided to withdraw/cancel/abandon the said issue on account of letter received from Directorate of Enforcement wherein investigation against our promoter Mr. Pradeep Kumar Sethy has been initialed under Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 (Copy of letter duly submitted with BSE on January 15, 2015).
