L&T Finance Holdings Ltd allots 828839 Shares

The Nomination & Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of L&T Finance Holdings Ltd has approved the allotment of 8,28,839 (Eight Lakh Twenty Eight Thousand Eight Hundred and Thirty Nine) equity shares at its Meeting held on January 21, 2015 to those option grantees who had exercised their options under the L&T Finance Holdings Limited ESOP Scheme - 2010.

The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.

Shares of L&T FINANCE HOLDINGS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.69.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 68.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1088180 in over 8910 trades.
