Poddar Developers Ltd closes QIP

Poddar Developers Ltd closes QIPIn respect of the QIP, the Finance Committee of Poddar Developers Ltd has, at its meeting held on January 21, 2015 declared the bid dosing of the QIP on January 21, 2015.

The committee determined and approved the issue price of Rs. 1,125.21 per Equity Share.

The committee also approved and adopted the placement document dated January 21, 2015 in connection with the QIP.

Shares of Poddar Developers Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.1395 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1376.25. The total number of shares traded during the day was 839 in over 168 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1420 and intraday low of 1370. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1167647.
