AXIS Bank allots 112510 Equity Shares under ESOP

AXIS Bank Ltd has allotted 1,12,510 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on January 19, 2015, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 472,75,88,384 (236,37,94,192 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to 472,78,13,404 Rs. (236,39,06,702 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).

Shares of AXIS BANK LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.546.9 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 551.55. The total number of shares traded during the day was 513901 in over 19914 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 556.85 and intraday low of 545.55. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 282676512.
