Infotel Broadband Services Ltd to issue NCDs worth Rs. 2000 crores

Pursuant to the approval of the Board of Directors and Shareholders, Infotel Broadband Services Ltd proposes to issue Unsecured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures aggregating upto Rs. 2000 crore (Rupees Two Thousand Crore), on private placement basis.

Shares of RELIANCE INDUSTRIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.901.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 879.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 397727 in over 20319 trades.
