Poddar Developers Ltd approves issue of shares under QIP

The members of Finance Committee of Poddar Developers Ltd at their meeting held on January 19, 2015 have considered and approved the Opening of the issue of Equity Shares under QIP transaction and the Preliminary Placement Document.

Shares of Poddar Developers Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.1422.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1497.3. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3806 in over 359 trades.
