SRS Real Infrastructure Ltd approves allotment of bonus shares

The Board of Directors of SRS Real Infrastructure Ltd at its meeting held on January 19, 2015, has considered and approved the allotment of 20,10,16,000 equity shares as bonus issue in the proportion of 1 (One) new equity share for every 1 (one) existing fully paid up equity shares to the shareholders appearing as on record date i.e. January 14, 2015.
