Lupin Ltd allots 119980 Equity Shares

The Allotment Committee of Directors of Lupin Ltd at its meeting held on January 19, 2015, has allotted 119980 fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 2/- each. These shares have been allotted upon exercising of options granted to the employees under Stock option plans of the Company.

In view of the above, the issued and paid up capital of the Company has been increased to Rs. 89,86,63,606 consisting 44,93,31,803 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.

Shares of LUPIN LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.1462.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1429. The total number of shares traded during the day was 24685 in over 2195 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1466 and intraday low of 1431. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 35805609.
