Credila Financial Services Pvt Ltd to consider raising Rs. 50 crore

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Credila Financial Services Pvt Ltd will be held on January 15, 2015, to consider and recommend new issue of Perpetual Debt Instruments (PDIs) of Rs. 50 Crore subject to the approval of the Shareholders of the Company.

Also consider this as an intimation of the Company to raise funds through issue of new debt securities.
