Oriental Bank of Commerce to raise Rs. 1000 crores

Oriental Bank of Commerce intends to raise additional Tier 1 capital through Private Placement of ATI Bonds for Rs. 500 crore with an option to retain oversubscription of upto Rs. 500 crore.

The Bonds have been rated "ICRA AA- (Hyb)" with Stable Outlook & CARE AA- by ICRA & CARE respectively.

Shares of ORIENTAL BANK OF COMMERCE was last trading in BSE at Rs.320.6 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 320.4. The total number of shares traded during the day was 95643 in over 3101 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 324.9 and intraday low of 315.15. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 30668907.
