Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd allots 19810 shares under ESOS

The ESOP Allotment Committee of Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd at its meeting held on January 07, 2015, allotted 19,810 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each to the eligible Employees of the Company who have exercised their stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2002, Employee Stock Option Scheme 2010 and Employee Stock Option Scheme 2011. These shares are pari passu with the existing equity shares of the Company, in all respects. In this allotment, no shares are allotted to the Directors of the Company.

With this allotment, the paid up capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 423,023,945/- divided into 84,604,789 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each.

Shares of ORACLE FINANCIAL SERVICES SOFTWARE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.3300 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3305.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 627 in over 310 trades.
