Cox & Kings Limited allots 72,50,000 Warrants to Standford Trading Private Limited

The Finance Committee of Directors of Cox & Kings Limited at its meeting held on January 06, 2015, has issued and allotted 72,50,000 Warrants (Warrants) to Standford Trading Private Limited, a promoter group entity, entitling for subscription of equivalent number of equity shares of Rs. 5/- each at a price of Rs. 309.82/- (Rupees Three Hundred Nine and Eighty Two Paisa only) per Warrant including premium of Rs. 304.82/- (Rupees Three Hundred Four and Eighty Two paisa only) per Warrant as per provisions of Chapter VII of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2009.

As the Company has allotted Warrants, there is no change in the paid up Share capital of the Company.

The special resolution was passed by the shareholders of the Company through postal ballot held on December 24, 2014.

Shares of Cox & Kings Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.297 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 296.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 73101 in over 5104 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 307.5 and intraday low of 296. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 21983265.
