Indiabulls Securities Ltd allots 11650 Equity shares pursuant to exercise of stock options

On January 02, 2015, Indiabulls Securities Ltd, has issued and allotted 11,650 (Eleven Thousand Six Hundred and Fifty) Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each, to the eligible employees upon exercise of options vested in their favour under - 'lndiabulls Securities Limited Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2008'.

Consequent to the, said allotment, the paid-up Equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 52,16,60,172/- divided into 26,08,30,086 Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each.
