Indiabulls Housing Finance allots 307523 Equity Shares under various ESOP Schemes

On January 02, 2015, Indiabulls Housing Finance Ltd has issued and allotted 3,07,523 (Three Lacs Seven Thousand Five Hundred and Twenty Three) Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each being issued to the eligible employees upon exercise of options vested in their favour under different ESOP Schemes of the Company.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 71,09,22,802/- divided into 35,54,61,401 Equity Shares of face value Rs. 2/- each.
