PSL Ltd allots 45638441 shares to lenders under CDR scheme

The Share Allotment Committee constituted by the Board of Directors of PSL Ltd at its meeting held on December 30, 2014 approved the allotment of a total number of 4,56,38,441 equity shares to some of the lenders of the Company pursuant to the terms and conditions prescribed for restructuring of Company's debts through CDR mechanism approved sometime back by the CDR Empowered Group.

Shares of PSL LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.14.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 14.7. The total number of shares traded during the day was 23966 in over 309 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 15 and intraday low of 14.3. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 350793.
