1000 (One Thousand) 14% Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures of face value of Rs. 5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lacs Only) each at par aggregating Rs. 50,00,00,000/- (Rupees Fifty Crores only) has been allotted at the meeting of the 'Committee for Issuance of Debt Securities' (CIDS) of the Board of Directors of Omaxe Ltd held on December 23, 2014.
