Vakrangee Ltd to launch QIP in January 2015

Subsequent to the in-principle approval received from the concerned stock exchanges on December 16, 2014, in relation to the issue of securities to the Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs), the QIP committee of the Board of Directors of Vakrangee Ltd has at its meeting held on December 20, 2014 decided to launch the said issue of securities to the QIBs in the month of January, 2015.

Shares of Vakrangee Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs.121.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 113.9. The total number of shares traded during the day was 639652 in over 12147 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 126.8 and intraday low of 115.3. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 77998041.
