Vardhman Polytex Ltd allots 2473000 shares

The Allotment Committee of Board of directors of Vardhman Polytex Ltd in its meeting held on December 15, 2014, has approved the allotment of 24,73,000 equity shares to the allottees belonging to the promoter/ promoter group, upon the conversion of warrants on preferential basis.
