Info-Drive Software Ltd closes FCCB issue

The Issue Management Committee of Info-Drive Software Ltd at its meeting held on December 12, 2014 have considered and approved the closure of FCCB issue.

The Board approved the adoption of final offering circular and other documents related to the FCCB issue and also authorized the issue and allotment of US$ 9,100,000 Zeno Coupon Foreign Currency Convertible bonds Convertible into Fully Paid-up Equity Shares.

Shares of INFO-DRIVE SOFTWARE LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.7.03 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 7.39. The total number of shares traded during the day was 6860 in over 44 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 7.35 and intraday low of 7.03. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 48229.
