Farmax India Ltd to consider preferential issue on Dec 12, 2014

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Farmax India Ltd will be held on December 12, 2014, to consider and approve the further issue of Equity shares and Warrants on preferential Basis to the Promoters and Non Promoters of the Company.
