MBL Infrastructures opens QIP issue, floor price fixed as Rs. 384.40

The QIP Committee Meeting of MBL Infrastructures Ltd held on December 03, 2014 has approved the opening of the QIP on December 3, 2014. The committee approved the preliminary placement document dated December 3, 2014 and also approved the floor price of QIP.

The floor price in respect of the QIP is fixed as Rs. 384.40 per equity share based on the pricing formula as prescribed under SEBI ICDR Regualtions.

Shares of MBL Infrastructures Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.385.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 393. The total number of shares traded during the day was 8291 in over 303 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 394 and intraday low of 382. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3208069.
