Indiabulls Securities Ltd allots 42400 Equity Shares under ESOS

On December 03, 2014, Indiabulls Securities Ltd ("the Company") has issued and allotted 42,400 (Forty two thousand four hundred) Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each, to the eligible employees upon exercise of options vested in their favour under - 'Indiabulls Securities Limited Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2008'.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 52,16,36,872/- divided into 26,08,18,436 Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each.

Shares of INDIABULLS SECURITIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.25.2 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 24.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 204253 in over 883 trades.
