HB Estate Developers Ltd to consider raising capital on Dec 12, 2014

A meeting of the Board of Directors of HB Estate Developers Ltd will be held on December 12, 2014, to consider increase in Authorised Share Capital of the Company.

The Board will also consider proposal to raise capital for the business of the Company either by way of issue of further Equity Shares or Redeemable Non-Convertible Preference Shares or Convertible Debentures or any other type of securities and to consider, decide the mode and terms of issuance of said securities.
