Sadbhav Engineering Ltd issues NCDs worth Rs. 120 crores

The Board of Directors of Sadbhav Engineering Ltd at its meeting held on November 27, 2014, has issued and allotted 1200 (One Thousand Two Hundred) numbers of Rated, Listed, Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures of the face value of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakh only) each, for cash, aggregating upto Rs. 120,00,00,000/- (Rupees One Hundred Twenty Crores only), on the terms and conditions contained in the Information Memorandum dated November 26, 2014 on private placement basis.
